Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the recognised benchmark for accessible websites.

How we test

Every change to this site is automatically checked against WCAG 2.2 Level AA before it can be published. We also carry out manual checks covering:

• using the whole site with a keyboard only, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
• a sensible reading and navigation order;
• colour contrast of text and interactive elements;
• form labels, and error messages that explain what to fix.

Where we are today

At the date above, the pages of this site pass our automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks and our manual keyboard, focus, contrast and form review. We have not yet completed a full audit with assistive technologies such as screen readers, so we do not claim formal conformance. We will update this statement when that audit is done.

Telling us about a problem

If you find something on this site you cannot use, please tell us at privacy@managed-services.co.uk and we will put it right. We will acknowledge your message and let you know what we are doing about it. If you need information from this site in a different format, ask us and we will provide it.
